I had a really productive week with mounts. I had decided after finally attaining Ji-Kun, that I would work on the Hatchling mounts next [the questline you get from the little orphaned pets in the Warden quest Swarm areas. After a few days of completing the quests on Askevar, I discovered that I could do more quests if I accepted them on level 110 alts! So I pushed that for a few days and lo and behold, I now have four additional mounts
Forgive the spam but I love getting mounts and getting four in a week is something that doesn’t happen much at all anymore!
I was surprised I got it done so quickly and the worst part was the second to last quest that involved completing three pet battle world quests. You have to complete three different quests per hatchling’s quest and while you can redo them on alts for the other hatchling quests, it has to be three different ones per hatchling. And I think there are only ever three up at any given time. One of the ones that was up was particularly annoying – Robert Harris I believe? He’s out in Stormheim with a team of 3 epic level pets. Wowhead was invaluable with this but be sure to go through various pages for the hatchling quests and the individual pet battle pages to find a strategy you can work with. It may also take some attempts to get RNG to bend to your will but you can get it done.
And it wasn’t just a 4 mount week because I also got the mount from MoP Timewalking! I had about 4100 timewalking badges when the event started and was up to 4740 after hubby and I ran through our weekly five dungeons. I love that 500 badge quest item! I simply decided to grind out the rest and managed to catch at least one dungeon at a plus 50 for the tank queue so yay! I got it done and she is beautiful!
Oh and Gul’Dan LFR came out so I was able to finish out the quest line in Suramar to attain the manasaber! By the way, if you do it, don’t just leave when Gul’Dan is dead. You have a quest to turn in and another to do!.
My next goal is going to be filling out the armor stands in my class hall. I have Tier 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 16 done thus far. And given that I raided the tiers I probably have most of the pieces for the others and just need a normal tier piece or two.

That is a lot of mounts 🙂 Grats on them all! I love Yu-lei but miscalculated on Z and ended up about 500 coins short. She should be able to get her next MoP timewalking.
Well yay for that! Several people I know miscalculated but most are close-ish
