I started out in vanilla wow leveling a paladin to level 40ish, then got bored with her and moved to level my warlock [Carlyn] as my main and ended up raiding with her in Burning Crusade [Kara, ZA, Mags, Gruuls, SSC]. After Lich King hit, I became very disgusted with the warlock and ended up gearing up Askevar, my Death Knight, as a tank for one of the ten man teams who could never keep a reliable off-tank and haven’t looked back with regard to my main.
Venoym [the hubby] and I have since been a tanking team and that is probably one of the most enjoyable parts of the game for us – tanking and raid leading together. About the time Firelands hit, we did take a short break from the leadership role for a month or so and then ended up raid leading once again and loving it.
We’re now in leading our own guild on Azuremyst called “The Librarians”, as a nod to the TV show of the same name.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I link to your blog? Please do! I love being linked to!
Will you link to my blog? Sure! If I don’t pick you up along the way by comments/visits/etc, please drop me a note or leave a comment somewhere. I’m cool.
How do you keep up with sooo many toons? I have a lot of alts, yes. But my main [Askevar] gets all the shiniest things. She is my focus. The others are for fun, to play around with achievements, to get a better understanding of the other classes in wow.
Why don’t you play horde? I’ve never been able to get into playing horde honestly, and I’m not sure why. Alliance seems to suit me better. I do now have a max horde for the first time.
Do you only play on Azuremyst? Azuremyst is where my focus is, as that’s where the original Askevar is. I do however play a few toons on Argent Dawn and Thorium Brotherhood.
Is The Librarians recruiting? Absolutely! Please feel free to talk to any member – all but the very newest can invite!
But I thought you were on Thorium Brotherhood! We were. Unfortunately, a couple years of leadership can wear on a person and we thought it was time for us to move on. We have much love still for Wrath and Retribution and the people there.
